Rowergo BRace is a training tool designed specifically to improve rowing posture on ergo rowing machines.
The device is easily fitted to your many ergo models and can help optimises rowing technique, improve ergo times, improve core muscle stability and significantly reduce the risk of back injury.
It does all this by mimicing in-boat leg position and stopping your leg from fully straightening at the end of each rowing stroke by placing a silicon pad under the calf muscle.
It is designed to look sleek yet sturdy and capable of taking a beating in the training environment.
The BRace has been entered into the Australian International Design Awards and has progressed to the final stage of judging to be announced later in the year.
The Rowergo BRace has been displayed at several rowing conferences with rave reviews. Rowergo has also appeared on the ABC's The New Inventors.
